Using the 52 Week Calendar

Your personal scheduling hub for the season — a rolling week-by-week view of every match, meeting, training session, and commitment.

Overview

The 52 Week Calendar is accessed from the 52 Wk Calendar tile on your home screen. It gives you a rolling view of your full scouting schedule across the season, organised by week.

At the top of the page you'll find the week indicator showing the current week number and date range (e.g. "Week 27, 29 Jun – 05 Jul 2026"), a New Event button, back and forward arrows to move between weeks, and a Today button that instantly returns you to the current week regardless of how far you've navigated.

Three view modes

Three small icons beside the week label let you switch how your schedule is displayed. Each suits a different way of working:

1

Grid view

Days of the week as columns, time slots as rows. Classic weekly planner layout — best for seeing how your week fills up across morning, afternoon, and evening.

2

Transposed view

Flips the grid so time blocks run down the left as rows and days run across as columns. Useful if you prefer scanning by time slot first rather than by day.

3

List view

Each day stacked as its own card showing the date and any items underneath, or "No scheduled items" if the day is free. Best for a quick, readable rundown of the week — recommended on mobile.

Time slots

In both grid views, the day is divided into three time blocks. Events are placed into the relevant block based on their start time:

Morning
8am – 12pm
Afternoon
12pm – 5pm
Evening
5pm – 10pm

Navigating weeks

The left arrow steps back one week. The right arrow steps forward one week. The week number and date range at the top update as you move. If you've navigated several weeks ahead to plan fixtures or meetings, the Today button brings you straight back to the current week in one tap.

Tap New Event to open the event creation form. Every field is explained below:

Once filled in, tap Create Event to save it to your calendar. Tap Cancel to discard without saving.

Event types

The Type dropdown lets you categorise every event so your calendar stays organised at a glance. Eight types are available:

Meeting Personal Reminder Travel Training Match TiD Event Other
Tip

Using Types consistently makes your calendar much easier to scan. If you only want to see your Match commitments for the next three weeks, they stand out immediately from meetings and travel when every event is correctly categorised.

Recurring events

The Repeats dropdown handles regular commitments so you only need to enter them once. Four options are available:

None
One-off event, no repeat
Weekly
Repeats on the same day every week
Every 2 Weeks
Repeats fortnightly
Monthly
Repeats on the same date each month
Good use of recurring events

Regular training sessions, weekly team meetings, fortnightly scout reports, and monthly review calls are all good candidates for recurring events. Set them once at the start of the season and they populate your calendar automatically across all 52 weeks.
