Scout52 Pro lets you control exactly what appears in every dropdown across your reports — leagues, fixture types, player actions and more. Here's how to set them up.
From the Home screen, tap the Scout52 logo in the top-right corner. This takes you directly to the Settings page.
On the Settings page, tap Dropdown Options — described as "Customise your report dropdowns". This opens the Manage Dropdown Options page.
Tap the Option Category dropdown to choose which area you want to manage:
Grassroots Leagues — leagues that appear in Grassroots reports
Grassroots Fixture Types — League, Cup, Tournament, Friendly, etc.
Grassroots Player Actions — Watch Again, Monitor, Invite to TiD event, etc.
Professional Competitions — competitions available in Professional reports
Social Intel Actions — custom action labels for Social Intel entries
Type the new option name into the "Enter new option value..." field, then tap the blue + Add button. It appears immediately at the bottom of the list and is available in your reports straight away.
Tap the pencil icon on any option to edit it inline. Make your changes, then tap the save icon to confirm or the X to cancel.
Each option has an up arrow and a down arrow. Tap either to move it one position. The order you set here is the order users see in their report dropdowns.
Tap the red trash icon to remove an option. It will no longer appear in reports. Deleted options cannot be recovered, so use with care.
Use the Option Category dropdown again to switch to another category. All changes save immediately — there is no separate Save button required.
The Social Intel Actions category is empty by default. Use the + Add button to populate it with any custom action labels relevant to your organisation's workflow.
